摘 要:当Boost变换器用于两级功率因数校正器(Power Factor Correction,PFC)的前级时,由于其升压作用的影响,其应用范围受到了限制。带有源浮充平台(Floating Charge Land-ing,FCL)的单相Boost型PFC降低了传统Boost型PFC的输出电压,拓宽了PFC电路的应用范围,为后级变换器的设计提供了便利,具有较好的应用前景。但由于有源浮充平台的加入,使得开关损耗增加,降低了变换器的效率。为此提出了双频有源浮充平台的概念,并将其应用于单相Boost型PFC中,比较带单频FCL的PFC,在保持系统特性的同时提高了效率,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。When Boost converter is applied as the pre-regulator of two-stage power factor correction converter, its application area is limited due to its step-up characteristic. The single phase Boost PFC with active floating charge landing (FCL) steps down the output voltage of conventional Boost PFC, it has much wider application area, and it makes the design of the next DC - DC converter simpler, so its application foreground is very good. But because of the addition of FCL, it also increases the switch loss, so the efficiency of the system is decreased. An active floating charge landing with double frequency is proposed and applied in single phase Boost PFC. It keeps the performance of the system but improves the efficiency contrast to PFC with single frequency FCL. The simulation results verify the theoretical predictions.
