环磷酰胺致BALB/c小鼠肝损伤的组织学研究

摘　　要：目的 研究环磷酰胺（CTX）对BALB/c小鼠肝组织的病理作用。方法 BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射CTX 15 mg·kg^-1·d^-1连续8 d,停药8 d后取肝组织,HE染色镜检,观察病理学改变。结果 CTX致肝组织广泛性的中度-重度水变性;肝窦受挤压,结构不清;灶状坏死,炎性细胞浸润。结论 CTX对BALB/c小鼠肝脏存在组织结构损害。Objective To investigate pathological lesions of liver induced by cyclophosphamide in BALB/c mice. Methods Cyclophosphamide was intraperitoneally administered to BALB/c mice in a dose 15 mg/kg once daily for 8 days. Eight days later, the mice were sacrificed and their livers were subjected to paraffin sections stained with hematoxylin and eosine to examine hepatic lesions under light microscopy. Results Some pathological lesions such as focal necrosis and interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration and so on were found in the liver tissue. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide can cause the considerable damage to the liver of BALB/c mice
