摘　　要：为解决药物毒代动力学实验中对大鼠静脉反复给药、取血的操作问题,采用颈外静脉插管的方法在动物体内埋入导管,通过此管来完成给药、取血的工作。此法简便、易行且对动物损伤小。To introduce a method of placing a catheter into the rat external jugular vein for collecting blood samples and administration of therapeutic drugs in the studies on pharmaceutical toxicokinetics. It is convenient to infuse drugs or to draw blood samples repeatedly for avoiding multi-injury to animals.
