摘　　要：为进一步提高港口流动机械的可靠性,降低设备的在线故障率,提出了港口设备维护分级管理模式,阐述了设备维护分级管理的概念,分析了实现设备维护分级管理的必要性。从四个方面详细介绍了流动机械分级管理内容和要求。对设备维护管理具有一定的指导意义。In order to further raises the reliability the trouble rate of the equipment on line, the of the mobile machinery of the port, and lower graded control model of equipment maintenance of the port has been put forward. This paper states the concept of the graded control of the equipment of the port, analyses the neccesity to realize the qraded control of the equipment maintenance. Then it introducesthe contents and demands of the graded control of the mobile machinery maintenance from 4 fields, which has certain guidance to the equipment maintenance.
