摘  要:利用珍汕97(Zhenshan 97)和HR5衍生的重组自交系(n=190)作为作图群体,构建了水稻SSR标记的全基因组连锁图谱(命名ZHMAP),同时根据前人定位的着丝粒结果和国际水稻测序计划释放的信息,将12条染色体着丝粒的区段也整合到这张遗传图谱上。图谱共包括263个SSR分子标记,图谱总长1552.6cM。ZHMAP与多数已发表的图谱相比具有较好的一致性。同时检测到偏分离标记有82个,除第9、第12染色体没有偏分离标记外,其余所有染色体都存在偏分离标记,绝大多数偏分离标记偏向于珍汕97。这些结果有可能为水稻基因组研究工作提供便利和参考。Rice has become a model cereal plant for study. And rice molecular linkage map has been an important premise for carrying out molecular genetic research. Centromere is an important organelle of chromosome for eucaryotic cell. It is also a key structure of eucaryotic chromosome as genes vector for performing genetic function. So it is very necessary for mapping of centromeric regions. In-present study, using RILs derived from Zhenshan 97 and HR5 as a mapping population (n = 190), the whole genome molecular linkage map of rice SSR markers was constructed (designated as ZHMAP). According tO the mapping results of centromeres previous researchers identified and the results international rice.genome sequencing project released,the centromeric regions of 12 rice chromosomes were also integrated into the ZHMAP. The ZHMAP comprises 263 SSR marker loci, covering a total of 1 552. 6 cM. The ZHMAP has better consistency compared with most of published lingkage maps. And 82 distorted SSR markers were detected. Except chromosome 9 and 12, there are distorted SSR markers in the others chromosomes. Most distorted SSR markers were biased to Zhenshan 97. Using these results it might offer some conveniences and references for genomic study of rice.
