摘 要:在微波场作用下快速合成了蓝色发光材料Sr_2Al_6O_(11):Eu^(2+)。由X射线衍射分析样品的晶相,扫描电镜观测晶体形貌。结果表明:产品为正交晶系,Pnnm空间群,a=2.191 827nm,b=0.840 857nm,c=0.488 175nm。产物主要为直径为200nm左右,长度约在1~2mm的棒状晶体,其间混有少量球状晶体。激发和发射谱均为宽带谱,主发射峰位于462nm处附近,半高宽为64nm,Eu^(2+)在Sr_2Al_6O_(11)基质中存在2个发光中心,经Gaussian曲线拟合,其2个分量分别位于456.7nm和483.4 nm处,与高温固相反应法合成的样品相比,这两个峰发生蓝移。随Eu^(2+)掺量的增大,2个发光中心的发光强度同时先增强后减弱,Eu^(2+)的掺量为0.1 mol时发光最强。Blue luminescent material of SrAl2O11:Eu^2+ was synthesized by the microwave radiation method. The crystal composition and crystal shape of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the synthesized sample is an orthorhombic system, Pnnm space group (a=2.191 827 nm, b=0.840 857 nm and c=0.488 175 nm). Most of the samples are stick-shaped crystals 200 nm in diameter and 1-2 mm in length; furthermore, a few ball-shaped crystals were mixed in with them. The excitation and emission spectra of the SrAl2O11:Eu^2+ exhibite broadband peaks, and the main emission peak is located at 462 nm, with the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 64 nm. Eu^2+ has two luminescence centers, and the peaks of Eu^2+ are located at 456.7 nm and 483.4 nm with the Gaussian curve fit method. The positions of the two peaks are blue-shifted by contrast with the high-temperature solid reaction method. With the increase of the doping concentration of Eu^2+, the strength of the emission peaks of the two centers increased first and decreased later. When the doping amount of Eu^2+ was 0.1 (in mole) the luminescent strength is the greatest.
