摘 要:采用化学结合水测定、综合热分析及扫描电镜分析,研究了温度对碱激发碳酸盐矿胶凝材料(alkali-activated carbonatite cementitious material,C体系)及碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣复合胶凝材料(alkali-activated carbonatite-slag cementitious material,CS体系)的反应程度、反应产物及微观结构的影响。结果表明:相同温度下,两体系的化学结合水量随龄期变化的规律有所不同,CS体系的反应程度较C体系的高;两体系的反应产物有所不同,CS体系的浆体微观结构比C体系的更密实;随温度升高,两体系反应程度提高,凝胶产物增多,浆体结构更加密实,但反应温度不宜超过60℃。The influence of temperature on the reaction degree, reaction product and microstructure of alkali-activated carbonatite cementitious material (C system) and alkali-activated carbonatite-slag cementitious material (CS system) was investigated by chemically combined water testing, thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis. The results showed that, at the same temperature, the change of the amount of chemically combined water with age was somewhat different for these two systems: the reaction degree of the CS system was higher than that of the C system. The reaction products of these two systems were not the same; the paste microstructure of the CS system was more compact than that of the C system. The reaction degree of these two systems is high, the reaction product increased and the paste microstructure is more compact when the temperature is high, but reaction temperatures greater than 60 ℃ are not suitable.
