摘 要:以高含氢甲基硅油、乙二胺和三氯化硼为主要原料,通过前驱体法制备了一种SiBONC五元体系陶瓷,并对陶瓷粉体和陶瓷材料的物相及微观结构进行了分析研究。SiBONC先驱体在600℃至1000℃内实现了由有机向无机的完全转化。在氮气气氛保护下,先驱体在1000℃裂解制得一种非晶态陶瓷粉末,该陶瓷粉末在1700℃经热压烧结制得非晶陶瓷,陶瓷密度2.01 g/cm^3,抗弯强度185.15 MPa、断裂韧性2.55 MPa·m^(1/2)、维氏硬度3.70 GPa。SiBONC ceramic was derived from pyrolysis of SiBONC precursor that was synthesized from HPSO, aminoethane and boron trichloride in toluene. The features and morphologies of the ceramic powders and the produced ceramics were investigated by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TEM techniques. The conversion of the precursor to ceramics completed absolutely between 600 ℃ and 1000 ℃. The amorphous SiBONC ceramic powder was pyrolyzed at 1000 ℃ in nitrogen and hot pressed at 1700 ℃ to form ceramic bodies of 2.01 g/cm^3 density. The bending strength, the fracture toughness, and Vicker's hardness of the ceramic were 185.15 MPa, 2.55 MPa·m^1/2 and 3.70 GPa, respectively.
