摘  要:以硅溶胶为硅源、钛酸四丁酯为钛源、四丙基溴化铵为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法水热合成制得Ti-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,并用XRD,SEM,EDS,DTA/TG等进行了表征。考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、催化剂投加量、亚甲基蓝的初始浓度、光照强度、光催化时间以及pH值等因素对光催化降解亚甲基蓝的影响。结果表明:400℃左右焙烧得到的Ti-ZSM-5催化剂对初始浓度为7.0 mg/L亚甲基蓝、催化剂的投加量为0.5 g/L、pH值为中性时,脱色率和降解率分别达到98.23,95.16%;Ti-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂经400℃焙烧后仍然存在碳和溴,它们的存在可能会提高光催化效果。Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized from the hydrothermal reaction of colloidal silica and tetrabutyl orthotitanate(TBOT) with TPABr templates. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, and DTA/TG. The effects of calcination and dose of the catalyst, the initial concentration of methylene blue, intensity and time of photocatalysis and the pH values on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were all investigated. Under the conditions of the calcination temperature 400 ℃, the concentration of methylene blue 7.0 mg/L, dosage of the catalysis 0.5 g/L, the pH value 7.0, Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite showed good behavior of degradation of the methylene blue with the degeneration ration of 98.2%-95.1%. Carbon and bromine left in Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite catalysis after calcined at 400 ℃ which assisted its photocatalysis activities.
