摘 要:采用Ca(OH)_2/H_3PO_4中和反应,超声分散条件下制备β-TCP粉末原料;通过致孔剂方法制备多孔β-TCP支架,并在β-TCP成型过程中加入K_2HPO_4提高支架强度;将制备的多孔支架与明胶复合,冷冻干燥后与戊二醛交联,得到多孔β-TCP/明胶复合支架。实验表明,加入K_2HPO_4后提高了支架强度,当多孔β-TCP支架孔隙率为49.47%时抗压强度为7.60 MPa。多孔β-TCP支架的孔隙率高、强度高、孔隙大小可控、孔隙连通性好;进一步与明胶复合后,制备的多孔β-TCP/明胶复合材料,符合组织工程结构特征的要求。Pure β-TCP powders were prepared from Ca(OH)2/H3PO4 in the ultrasonic field, The powders were added with K2HPO4 and mixed with porogens as the stearic acid. The porous β-TCP scaffolds were mixed with gelatin and cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. The compressive strength of the porous β-TCP scaffold by the addition of K2HPO4 was increased. The composite of porosity 49.47% has the compressive strength of 7.60 MPa. The pores in the β-TCP scaffolds were homogeneous and interconnected, and the β-TCP/Gel composite scaffold was close to bones in its composition and structures.
