摘 要:采用高温固相法合成红色荧光材料CaWO_4:Pr^(3+),对样品的表面形貌、晶体结构、激发光谱和发射光谱进行了表征。结果表明制得的CaWO_4属四方晶系,I4_1/a(No.88,C_(4h)~6)空间群。CaWO_4体系中加入H_3BO_3助熔剂,生成的晶体粒径较大,结晶更加完善,粒径大小约为20~40μm。当Pr^(3+)浓度为1.4%~2.0%时,样品在603、617和648 nm处的发光强度最强,随着Pr^(3+)浓度的增加CaWO_4自发光强度被逐渐削弱。Red phosphor CaWO4: Pr^3+ was synthesized by high temperature solid phase reaction, and their surface configurations, crystal structures, excitation and emission spectra were studied. The prepared CaWO4 was tetragonal, belonging to the I41/ a (No. 88, C4h^6) space group. Addition of H3BO3 as assistant flux enlarged crystal size to 20~40 μm, and improved the crystal texture. Strong luminescent was observed at 603 nm, 617 nm and 648 nm for the materials containing Pr^3+ between1.4%~2.0%, and the luminescence weakened with further increasing Pr^3+ concentration.
