摘 要:采用传统固相法对(1-x)K_(0.44)Na_(0.52)Li_(0.04)Nb_(0.86)Ta_(0.10)Sb_(0.04)O.3压电陶瓷进行了钛酸锶掺杂改性研究。使用XRD并结合常规压电陶瓷性能测试手段对该体系的显微结构、压电、介电性能等进行表征。研究结果表明,随着SrTiO_3加入量的增大,材料的居里温度和压电性能逐渐下降,材料的介电温度峰形逐渐变宽,出现弛豫现象:陶瓷烧结性能改善,致密度增加。(1-x)K0.44Na0.52Li0.04Nb0.86Ta0.10Sb0.04O3-xSrTiO3 lead-free ceramics were prepared by a solid state reaction. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties were studied and the structure of the system was investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The results showed that the Curie temperature (To) of the samples decreased with increasing of SrTiO3 content. The curve of the dielectric constant vs. temperature showed the peaks were broader than those of the pure K0.44Na0.52Li0.04Nb0.86Ta0.01Sb0.04O3, which indicated the occurrence of a transition from a normal ferroelectric to relaxor-like ferroelectric. Meanwhile, the piezoelectric properties were decreased. With the increasing addition of SrTiO3, the sintering properties of the samples were improved and the densification of the samples were enhanced.
