摘 要:制备了固相含量(70%~80%质量分数,下同)的金红石浆料,经凝胶注模成型、烧结,获得钛质纺织陶瓷零件,同时,测定了材料的性能,分析了其显微结构,讨论了金红石料浆的流变特点以及各种分散剂、固含量对金红石浆料的流变性及脱模情况的影响。结果证明:固相含量比pH值对浆料粘度的影响更大;合适的固相含量有利于坯体脱模;蜡模成型金红石坯体脱模性好。The TiO2-textile ceramic parts were fabricated by gel-casting of a slurry of 70%~80% solid content, and the properties and microstructures of the material were analyzed. The effects of the solid content and dispersants on the rheological property and demolding of the rutile slurry were discussed. The solid content was more important to the viscosity of the slurry than the pH value. A proper solid content favored demolding of the green body. The demolding of rutile green body from a waxen pattern was better.
