摘  要:针对先驱体聚碳硅烷浸渍裂解工艺(PIP)制备C_f/SiC复合材料过程中碳纤维损伤严重的问题,研究了在C_f/SiC复合材料制备过程中不同强度碳纤维的损伤,并采用SEM、XRD、XRFS等手段进行表征。结果表明,低强度碳纤维表面缺陷多、内部杂质含量高,易在制备工艺中热应力拉伸或弯折破坏模式下损伤,这些是造成C_f/SiC复合材料性能差的主要原因。Serious damage of carbon fibers occurs when making the Cf/SiC composites using polycarbosilane (PCS) by precursor infiltration pyrolysis (PIP). To address this issue, the damage of carbon fibers of different strength during preparation of the Cf/SiC composites were investigated by SEM, XRD, XRFS, etc. Results showed that the carbon fibers of a lower strength had more fault on surface and more impurity inside, which led damage of the carbon fibers under thermal stress generated pulling and bending during the PIP process. This was the main cause for the poor performance of the Cf/SiC composites.
