摘 要:采用活化处理和外加剂改性的方法,制成了掺量为40%~55%(体积分数,下同)的粉煤灰水泥,性能满足GB1344-1999规定的32.5~42.5粉煤灰水泥指标。重点讨论了粉煤灰粒度和石膏种类对水泥性能的影响,最终确立采用粒度为d_(90)≤38μm的粉煤灰,以及二水石膏与无水石膏的混合石膏的处理工艺。Lots of fly ash is generated from the power plants during burning coal which is the main power resource in china. Utilization of the fly ash is thus important. Applying the fly ash in large volume for the fabrication of cement is one of the best solutions. The cements containing of 40%~50% volume fly ash were fabricated by the active reactions in accordance to the GB1344-1999 32.5~42.5 fly ash cement standard. The effects of the size of the fly ash and the sort of the gypsum on the properties of the cements were discussed. The process conditions were found for the use of the fly ash sized d90≤38 μm and the mixture of gypsum and anhydrite.
