摘  要:以锌盐、铁盐及柠檬酸为原料,采用有机凝胶-热分解法成功制备出了尖晶石型ZnFe2O4纤维。所制得的纤维表面光滑、致密,纤维直径在2μm以下,长径比可达10^6,组成纤维的晶粒在30~40nm。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分析手段对纤维前驱体凝胶的结构,热处理产物的形貌以及ZnFe2O4纤维的磁性能等进行了表征。分析了影响凝胶可纺性以及纤维形貌产生缺陷的各种因素,确定了最佳的原料配比及pH值。在柠檬酸与铁离子、锌离子的摩尔比为4:2:1及溶液的pH值为5.2时形成的凝胶具有最佳可纺性。Spinel ZnFe2O4 fibres were prepared by thermal decomposition of organic gel formed from Zn, Fe salts and citric acid. The composition, and structure of the gel precursors and products were characterized by FTIR, XRD and SEM. The spinning of the gel was important for the formation of the uniform gel fibers and the spinel type ZnFe2O4 fibres. This was in association with the formation of citrate-metal complex structure and linear-type structural molecule [(C6H6OT)4ZnFe2]n from the complicated reactions between the citric acid and metal ions at pH of 5.2. The gel consisting of the linear molecules exhibited good behavior of spinning. The spinel ZnFe2O4 fibres were 2-10μm in diameters, 10^6 (length/diameter) in aspect ratios, and consisted of 35 nm grains. The fibers had the saturation magnetiation value of 2.62 emu/g and a coercivity value of 4766.45 A·m^-1.
