摘  要:研究了Mn掺杂对(Na_(1-x)K_x)_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3无铅压电陶瓷性能的影响,并利用该材料研制出中频无铅压电陶瓷滤波器。Mn掺杂改善了(Na_(0.8)K_(0.2))_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3体系陶瓷的压电性能,当Mn含量达到0.3%(质量分数)时,d_(33)达到135 pC/N,k_p=31%,Q_m=183,适用于制作滤波器。采用厚度振动模式,制作出插入损耗为5 dB,中心频率为520 kHz,带宽大于10 kHz,阻带衰耗大于30 dB的中频无铅压电陶瓷滤波器。器件性能接近于同类含铅陶瓷中频滤波器(SFH系列)。The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the lead-free middle frequency ceramic filters made of Mn-doped (Na1-xKx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 were investigated. The properties of (Na1-xKx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 were improved by doping Mn. At Mn doping level of 3wt%, the ceramics exhibited good performances with d33=135 pC/N, Kp=31%, Qm=183. In use of the thickness vibration mode, the multi-section filters with the center frequency of 520 kHz, low loss 〈5 dB and the out-band attenuation 〉30 dB were obtained. The band width was higher than 10 kHz.
