摘  要:采用水/环己烷/Triton X-100/正己醇四元油包水体系,通过反相微乳液法制备了纳米ZrO_2粉体,用XRD,TEM等对所制备的纳米粉体进行了表征,研究了煅烧温度、pH值、陈化时间对ZrO_2纳米粒子结构与性能的影响。结果表明,以单斜相为主的ZrO_2纳米粉体,其晶粒尺寸可控制在20 nm左右;随着煅烧温度的提高,ZrO_2的结晶程度逐渐提高;随着pH值的提高,少量四方相ZrO_2全部转化为单斜相;随着陈化时间的增加,ZrO_2颗粒尺寸变大。Zirconia nano-powder was prepared by water-in-oil microemulsion in water/cyclohexane/Triton X-100/hexyl alcohol system. The as-prepared nano-powder was characterized by XRD and TEM. The effects of calcination temperature, pH value and aging time on the microsturcture and properties of the powder were studied. The size of M-ZrO2 nano-particle was about 20 nm. The crystallinity of the powder increased with temperature and their sizes increased with aging time. At a higher pH value, phase transition from tetragonal to monocline completed.
