摘　　要：为了满足智能大厦越来越高的要求,本文提出了一种基于Honeywell公司EXCEL5000EBI楼宇自动化系统的设计方案,并给出了系统的节能型监控方案。本控制系统由13台中央空调机组(AHU101～AHU113)和一台新风机组、照明系统、变配电系统、冷冻站和第三方协议设备组成,实验证明系统达到了课题的预期效果,并己在现场运行,效果良好。In order to fulfil the desire for intelligent building, this paper has put forward a kind of design scheme of automation system based on the Honeywell company＇s building of EXCEL5000 EBI Yu, and have given the systematic type monitoring scheme of energy saving. This control system is organized by 13 central air-conditions（AHU101-AHU113） with a new fan group, the illumination systematic equipment, that changes distribution systematic, frozen station and the square agreement of 3th composition, test experiment has reached the expected effect, and has run in scene, the effect is good.
