摘　　要：《美国图书馆协会2010战略规划》是美国图书馆协会系列管理文件之一。研究和分析《战略规划》对于研究美国图书馆协会在本阶段内体现的功能和发挥的作用有非常重要的意义。对美国图书馆协会在行业宣传、行业教育、行业队伍建设、制定行业标准与政策、维护信息的平等获取、自由获取、提高公民信息素养等方面体现的功能和价值的深入分析和解读,对我国当代图书馆事业的建设和发展有借鉴和参考作用。ALA 2010 Strategic Plan is one of series of management documents of the American Library Association. Research and analysis of ALA 2010 Strategic Plan have great significance in studying the functions and roles of the present stage of American Library Association. The in-depth analysis and interpretation of the function and value of many aspects of American Library Association are references for the construction and development of Chinese current librarianship. These aspects include the advocacy, education, personnel building, developing standards and policies, safeguarding equal access to information, freedom of access, promoting citizens＇ information literacy.
