台湾蓝色公路发展及其对福建休闲渔业的启示

摘　　要：台湾"蓝色公路"萌芽于90年代末,经过近十年的发展,已经成为台湾休闲渔业最吸引人的旅游活动之一,有力地推动了台湾渔业的转型与升级。本文从蓝色公路的起源入手,通过对蓝色公路发展现状介绍,对蓝色公路的建设背景、特点进行分析,从政府引导、大力宣传、科学规划以及区域合作等方面,指出台湾"蓝色公路"实践对福建发展休闲渔业的启示。The blue highway germinated in the Taiwan Province at the end of 1990＇s, it has passed through near ten years, it has became one of the hottest tourism activities in leisure fishery in Taiwan, and it has impelled effectively the transformation and upgrading of fishery industry in Taiwan. This paper started with the introduction of the filiation of blue highway and its development actuality, and has analyzed the construction background of the blue highway and its characteristics. Based on this, the paper has pointed out the successful experiences of Taiwan blue highway could enlighten the Fujian＇s leisure fishery through the aspects of government inducting, propagandizing energetically, scientific planning, and regional cooperation.
