气相色谱法测定海珠喘息定片中冰片、盐酸氯喘及克敏嗪的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立以气相色谱法同时测定海珠喘息定片中冰片、盐酸氯喘、克敏嗪3种主要化学成分的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管柱气相色谱法,FID 检测器。结果:线性范围冰片:0.2～1.0 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996,n=5),回收率为102.3%(RSD=1.7%,n=9);氯喘:0.04～0.2 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996,n=5),回收率为99.8%(RSD:1.4%,n=9);克敏嗪:0.2～1.0 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9988,n=5),回收率为100.7%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)。结论:本法分离效果好,辅料无干扰,灵敏度高,线性范围广,快速简便,适用于该制剂3种主要成分的同时测定。Objective： To establish a method for determination of three constitutions in Haizhu Chuanxiding tablets ： borneol, clorprenaline hydrochloride, decloxizine hydrochloride. Method：Capillary column was used with ethanol as solvent. The detector was FID. Result：The linear response range from 0.2-1.0 mg·mL^-1 of borneol （r=0.9996,n=5）;0.04-0.2 mg·mL^-1 of clorprenaline hydrochloride （r=0.9996, n=5）;0.2-1.0 mg·mL^-1 of decloxizine hydrochloride （r=0.9988, n=5）. The mean recoveries of borneol, clorprenaline hydrochloride, decloxizine hydrochloride were 102.3 % （ RSD=1.7%,n=9） ; 99.8 % （RSD= 1.4%, n=9）;100.7%（RSD = 1.3%,n=9）%. Conclusion：The method is simple, and the result of determination is good. The method is suitable for determination for three constitutions in compound preparation.
