摘  要:目的:对当归多糖铁中铁含量测定方法的不确定度进行评价。方法:通过分析测定过程和步骤,确定不确定度的来源,量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果:建立了用置换碘量法测定当归多糖铁中铁含量不确定度评价的数学模型,导出不确定度的计算公式,计算各分量的不确定度,然后计算出合成不确定度为2.96×10^(-3),扩展不确定度为0.002。结论:为当归多糖铁中铁含量测定的可信度提供一种数学判断方法,对当归多糖铁的质量控制研究具有重要的指导意义。Objective:To set out the procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of iron(Ⅲ) in Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels polysaccharideiron complex. Methods:To facilitate the identification and analysis of the uncertainty sources arising from the procedure of analysis, a cause and effect diagram was constructed. All the standard uncertainties were then combined according to the appropriate rules to give a combined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty. Results:A mathematic model for the assay of iron (Ⅲ) in Angelica sinensis ( Oliv. ) Diels polysaccharide-iron complex by replacement iodometry was established. The cal-culation formula was deduced and each componentg uncertainty was calculated through analyzing the various variables among the procedures. The combined uncertainty was 2.96× 10^-3and the expanded standard uncertainty was 0. 002. Conclusion:The establishment of the methodology for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty is applicable to be a judgement method in the determination of iron( Ⅲ ) in Angelica sinensis ( Oliv. ) Diels polysaccharide-iron complex. It takes a great role in the quality control of the Angelica sinensis ( Oliv. ) Diels polysaccharide-iron complex.
