摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定铁帚清浊丸中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法:采用 Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(90:10),检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:薯蓣皂苷元0.92～4.6μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;仪器精密度 RSD 为1.5%,方法重复性 RSD 为1.2%;平均回收率为97.9%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确,重现性好,可作为铁帚清浊丸中薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定。Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of diosgenin in Tiezhou Qingzhuo pills. Methods ：The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） , methanol -water （90： 10） mixture as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 210 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 92 -4.6 μg of diosgenin with correlation coefficient of 0. 9995. The instrument precision RSD was 1.5% ,The method precision RSD was 1.2%. The Average recovery was 97.9% （n=9）. Conclusion：An accurate and reproducible method would be used for determination of diosgenin in Tiezhou Qingzhuo pills.
