摘　　要：在经济全球化条件下,国际产业结构的调整更多地表现为全球产业体系内分工的调整。跨国电子企业采用全球外包策略,对全球价值链的重新布局,造就了电子产业中重要的新兴国际代工产业——电子制造服务产业。世界电子产业体系调整和跨国外包的盛行,使全球采购能力成为电子制造服务业获取市场成功首当其冲的重要因素。本文对电子制造服务业全球采购的传统模式进行了研究分析,引入了协同理论,提出了集成化全球采购的创新模式。详细地阐述了集成化全球采购的思路、运作模式、以及它在电子制造服务业应用中的商用效益,并以实例剖析了集成化全球采购下的采购成本优化节余,为电子制造服务业优化全球采购能力开拓了新的思路,建立了实用的运作模式,也为电子制造服务业的发展提供了科学提导,丰富了电子制造服务业全球采购理论。In globalize economic environment, international industry structure is reconfigured as global industry re-structure. Global electronic enterprise redefine the layout of global value chain with outsourcing strategy, natal becomes a new important industry - electrical manufacturing service industry. The adjustment of worldwide electronic industry system and outsourcing become the key element of EMS＇s market success. The paper analyzes EMS normal global procurement; create a new integrated global procurement mode in collaboration theory. It describes the thought, execution mode of integrated global procurement, and parses its business benefits in execution. It analyzes the procurement cost saving for EMS with illustrated example, provides a new thought in building an applicable execution mode. It provides China EMS theoretical foundation and execution guidance for optimizing EMS global procurement capability and enriches China EMS global theories.
