摘  要:废旧产品的再制造性主要取决于产品的设计。通过面向再制造的产品设计(Desisn for Remanufacturing)的研究。能显著提高产品的再制造效益,更大限度地回收废旧产品所蕴含的价值,降低其对环境的负面影响。本文运用面向再制造的产品设计基本概念,从介绍PY160C平地机平衡箱链传动系统入手,以对该传动系统失效机理的分析为基础。研究并提出了对其进行面向再制造的设计时,应涉及的主要问题和基本的设计技术。研究表明:该设计技术的应用能显著提高PY160C平地机平衡箱链传动系统的再制造性。The remanufacturability of product out-of-service is mainly depended on its designing, Through the studying of design for remanufacturing (DFR), the benefit from remanufacturing will be increased remarkably, the value embodied in the product out-of-service will be recycled at most and the side-effect to environment will be reduced. Beginning with the introduction of PY160C motor grader balance box chain drive system, applying the basic concepts of product design for remanufacturing, on the basis of the analysis on failure mechanism, the major questions and elementary design techniques are studied and given out in this paper, which are involved in the chain drive design of PY160C grader for remanufacturing. The Remanufacturability of this machine has been improved remarkably through the application of this design technique.
