摘　　要：在某链条厂进行了优质65Nb钢制冲压模具的改进试验,采用电渣重熔钢锭、改进了锻造工艺、调整了热处理方式,充分发挥了65Nb基体钢的优异性能。结果表明,该模具的使用寿命提高了1.5～2倍,降低了生产成本。The experiments on improving the performance of high quality 65Nb steel were studied in a steel chain factory. The best performance of 65 Nb base steel was displayed by electroslag remelting ingot steel, improving the process of forging and adjusting the heat treatment process. The results show that the service life of stamping die is increased by a factor of 1.5 -2, and the cost of production is reduced remarkably.
