摘  要:本文从节能的角度出发,以寒冷地区为例,主要研究外窗对居住建筑能耗的影响。影响外窗节能的因素有很多,比如窗墙比、窗玻组合方式、窗框选材、玻璃性能等,作者分别从以上几个方面研究外窗与建筑物能耗之间的关系。经过模拟计算表明,在寒冷地区通过限制北向或东西向窗墙比可以减少建筑能耗,而南向窗墙比也不宜过大;窗玻组合形式对建筑能耗也非常大,寒冷地区一般选用单框双玻窗或双层窗;框材的不同对夏季供冷能耗影响不大;玻璃性能的改善可以很大程度上降低建筑能耗。通过对窗墙比、窗玻组合、窗框型材、玻璃类型以及窗户的密闭性等方面的改善可以有效降低寒冷地区的建筑能耗。The paper chiefly studies the influence of external window on residential building energy consumption taking the cold regions as example from energy-saving. There are many factors affecting the external window's energy-saving, as example, window-wall ratio, combination mode of window frame and glass, the material of window frame, the performance of glass etc. The author researches the relation of external window and building energy consumption by analyzing the above four aspects respectively. The results of simulation indicate that limiting the north window-wall ratio or the transmeridional window-wall ratio can reduce building energy consumption, and that the south window-wall ratio would not be too large; that the effect of combination mode of window frame and glass to building energy consumption is also very big, so the double glass and plastic-steel frame window or the double-layer windowpane take on applicability in cold regions; that the difference of window frame material effect on summer refrigeration energy consumption to some extent, but not very seriously; that the improvement of glass performance can largely reduce building energy consumption. In conclusion, the improvement of the window-wall ratio, the combination mode of window frame and glass, the material of window frame, the performance of glass can reduce building energy consumption in cold regions.
