氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷腹腔化疗联合静脉化疗在胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:在胃肠道恶性肿瘤的腹腔化疗中,观察氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(FUDR)联合静脉化疗疗效,探索化疗的最佳方案,提高其远期疗效,延长生存期,并提高生存质量。方法:按随机抽样分为试验组(手术后给予以FUDR为主的腹腔化疗联合静脉化疗)、对照组(手术后给予以单纯静脉化疗)。结果:全部病例均随访,1,2,3年生存率试验组与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),化疗不良反应比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:以氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷为主的腹腔化疗联合静脉化疗治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤效果良好,不良反应无明显增加,而生存期延长。OBJECTIVE To study the applicability and effect of postoperative FUDR intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer. METHODS 162 patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma were randomized into two groups, one was double-ways chemotherapy group which was treated by intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy, the another was intravenous chemotherapy group which was treated by only intravenous chemotherapy. Intraoperative vital signs , postoperative side effects and complications were observed, RESULTS The one-year, 2-year and the 3-year survival rate of double-ways group were higher than intravenous group（P〈0. 05） ;the side effects were no significant difference between double-ways group and intravenous group （P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION
