摘　　要：文章调查了"211工程"高校图书馆用户教育现状,分析了"211工程"高校图书馆用户教育的特点,并对存在问题提出了改进意见。Based on statistical data about the user education of university libraries in ＂211project＂, this paper summarizes the main characteristics of the user education, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the user education.
