摘  要:目的以彩色多普勒成像(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)技术观察糖尿病性黄斑水肿激光治疗前后患者视网膜血流动力学的变化。方法利用CDFI检测激光治疗前后DME患者视网膜中央动、静脉的血流速度与CRA阻力指数。结果糖尿病性黄斑水肿格栅光凝治疗后患者视网膜中央动、静脉的收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期血流速度均有所下降,阻力指数增加,视力不同程度提高或保持不变。结论糖尿病性黄斑水肿激光治疗后,改善了视网膜氧的供给,视网膜血管收缩,对于改善和稳定患者的视力以及减轻水肿方面疗效显著。Objective To investigate hemodynamics of the central retinal artery (CRA) and central retinal vein (CRV) before and after laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema(DME) by CDFI. Methods The hemodynamic parameters(Vmax,Vmin,Vmean,RI)of CRA and CRV were measured before and after laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema(DME) with CDFI. Results After macular grid photocoagulation for DME, the blood flow velocity parameters of CRA and CRV decreased significantly and the resistance index (RI) of CRA increased significantly and can improve or keep the visual acuity.Conclusions The macular grid photocoagulation for DME improves oxygenation of the inner retina.Increased oxygenatior causes retnal vessel constriction, and can improve visual and alleviate macular edema, and is the preferred therapy.
