摘  要:为了研究用耦合网络模型替代有限元模型来节约计算时间和内存空间,该文在建模原理一致的基础上,针对发电机定子铁心段基本单元分别建立了基于有限元法计算参数的非线性热-流体耦合网络模型和基于热-流体耦合单元的三维非线性有限元温度场模型。采用这两种模型计算了多种工况下、多个典型区域的定子铁心段基本单元温度分布,用统计方法对两者计算结果的偏差作对比分析,表明两种模型的温度计算结果是接近的,且基本上都在实测值范围内,说明两种模型的有效性。而前者的计算时间和内存空间比后者大为减少。为求解具有复杂冷却结构的三峡发电机定子温度场提供了一条可行、有效的途径。In order to save the calculating time and memory, this paper researches into substituting thermal-liquid coupled network model for FEM model. On the basis of same principle of building model, the nonlinear thermal-liquid coupled network model with its parameters calculated by FEM and the 3D nonlinear FEM model with thermal-liquid coupled element are built respectively. With statistic method, the results of temperature distribution of several typical ranges of unit stator core section, which are calculated by using two models under various conditions, are analyzed and compared. It is shown that the calculation results of the two models are close. Meantime, they are all in the range of real-ruiming data, it means that the two models are valid. But the former's calculating time and memory utilized for former model is far less than that of latter. So, it is a viable and valid way to calculate the thermal field of large Three-Gorge generator's stator with the complicated cooling structure.
