摘  要:为提高全隐式取风斗取风能力,在分析全隐式取风斗结构对其取风性能影响的基础上,采用动态模型对全隐式取风斗取风特性进行了较为全面的数值研究。通过对55个不同结构全隐式取风斗流道内流场的分析与取风量的比较,得到了结构参数入流角α、β和孔深d对全隐式取风斗取风性能的影响规律:在α=20°~55°、β=60°~80°、d=8~15mm范围内,随α、β、d分别增大,取风斗取风性能均为先升高后降低,即α、β和d均存在最佳值与较优范围;其中α=37°、β=65°、d=13mm时取风性能最佳,取风性能较优的结构设计推荐范围在α=30°~45°、β=63°~70°和d=11~15mm;并根据相对取风量平均极差,指出在所研究的结构参数变化范围内,α对全隐式取风斗取风性能影响最大(19.8%),d次之(15.5%),β最小(8.8%)。Based on a detailed analysis of the influences of structures on the ventilation performance of concave inflow slot wedge(CISW), a numerical simulation study on the ventilation characteristics of CISW was carried out with the dynamic model, for the improvement of ventilation performance of CISW. By the analysis of flow field in flow channels and comparisons of ventilation quantity among 55 various structures of CISW, the influences of such structures as inflow angle α、β and orifice depth d of CISW on the ventilation performance were obtained, with the results that the ventilation performances are enhanced firstly and declined later with the structure parameters α、β and d increasing respectively from α=20° to 55°,β=60° to 80° and d=8 mm to 15 mm, i.e. There are the optimum values and better ranges of α、β and d. So the optimum ventilation structure of CISW is educed at α=37°,β=65° and d=13 mm from 55 various CISW structures, and the recommended structure parameters of CISW could be selected in the range of α=30°-45°,β=63°-70° and d=11- 15 mm. Moreover, the ventilation performance of CISW is influenced by α, d and β that they are in a decreasing order of their influencing factors as far as the ranges of structure parameters were in appropriate range, as the critical errors of relative ventilation quantity of CISW is 19.8%, 15.5% and 8.8% when the CISW varied with α, d or β respectively.
