摘 要:介绍了电网保护定值在线整定系统的功能和结构,该系统采用精确的故障计算模型,不再引入分支系数,提高了计算精度。针对电网局部变化对保护定值的影响,通过采用窗口技术提高了在线整定的计算速度。文章最后介绍了现场应用中遇到的问题及其解决办法,包括变压器中性点接地刀闸的状态维护以及外网模型的建立等。四川宜宾地区电网的实际应用表明,在线整定可以明显提高保护定值的性能。In this paper the function and structure of relay setting on-line coordination system are presented, in which accurate fault calculation model is adopted and branch coefficient is no more introduced, so the computation accuracy is improved. According to the impact of local change of power network on relay setting, by use of window technique the computing speed of on-line setting is quickened. Further more, the problems encountered in on-site application, including the status maintenance of blade for transformer neutral grounding and the establishment of external power network model, and their solution are presented. Practical application of the presented relay setting on-line coordination system to Yibin regional power network in Sichuan province shows that on-line coordination can improve the performance of relay setting evidently.
