摘　　要：国际体系的建设越来越普遍受到世界各大国和区域集团的高度重视。中国作为现行国际体系的积极参与者、建设者和贡献者，提出建设和谐世界的构想，是为了推动国际体系走向更加科学、合理和完善。和谐世界的理论是当今世界新的国际体系观，体现了人类共享的价值观念和文明成果。Particular attention has increasingly been paid to the construction of international system by various big powers and regional grouping in the world. As an active participant, builder and contributor of the present international system, China puts forward the concept of building a harmonious world, only for the sake of pushing the international system forward along a more scientific, rational and perfect direction. The theory of a harmonious world is new concept on international system at the present-day world and embodies the value concepts and civilization achievements that can be shared by the whole humanity.
