摘　　要：土库曼斯坦新政府结束自国家独立以来长期闭关自守的局面，实施改革开放的新政策，奉行多元化的能源外交．引起国际社会关注。由于土独特的地缘位置、在国际社会中的自主能力弱以及国内长期平静的局面被打破．该国将面临不少新的考验。The new Turkmenistan government, after putting an end to a long-standing seclusion to the outside world that had been practiced since the country become independent, has implemented a new policy of reform and opening-up. It pursues a diversified energy policy in its diplomacy, thus attracting the attention of the international community. As a result of its unique geo-political position, weakness in its ability to decide for itself and shattering of a long-lasting tranquility in situation, it still has to encounter a number of new challenges.
