摘　　要：东亚地区主义的兴起给中国维护国家安全提供了重要机遇，有助于消解部分国家对中国发展的误解。与此同时，东亚地区主义“一个声音说话”的运作模式和某些政策，也对中国维护自身安全和权益构成牵制。中国既尊重东亚各国的战略利益，同时也要努力促使东亚国家重视中国的国家利益。The rise of East Asian regionalism has provided China with an important opportunity for defending its national security and will contribute to dispelling misunderstanding by some countries in the region about China's development. Meanwhile, the mode of operation of 'speaking with one voice' and some policies of East Asian regionalism, will also tie down China's freedom of safeguarding its own security and rightful interests. Not only China should show respect to the strategic interests of various countries in East Asia, but China should also try hard to make those countries pay enough attention to China's national interests.
