摘　　要：因特网的开放性使电子商务具有了交易电子化、贸易全球化、运作高效化、交易透明化、操作方便化、部门协作化、服务个性化等特点并迅速得到广泛应用,同时也给电子商务带来许多威胁,如信息截获和窃取,信息的篡改,信息的假冒,交易抵赖等,给个人和企业带来了不可估量的损失。The openness of the Internet gives e-commerce transactions with the electronic, the globalization of trade, the operation efficient, transparent transactions, convenient operation, coordination among various department, such as personalized service features and rapidly has been extensively applied, but also to the electronic business brought many threats, such as intercepted and the theft of information, distorted information, the fake information, the transaction deny, to the individuals and businesses brought immeasurable losses.
