摘　　要：低位闪冷器是二水物法磷酸生产中真空设备之一,它的整个内壁都要求衬橡胶,除顶部锥体部份外,圆筒、底部及中隔墻,在橡胶衬里之外还需再衬碳砖。衬常压硫化橡胶能收到良好使用效果。相比之下,衬常压硫化软橡胶比衬加压硫化硬橡胶对钢基体的要求低,配套设备、工艺等也简单。Flash cold device of low level was one of the vacuum devices in the production of phosphoric acid by dihydrate method, in which lined rubber was needed at the all inner wall. Besides the top pyramidal part, carbon brick was lined in the cylinder, bottom and middle isolation wall. Constant pressured, vulcanized and lined rubber needed less demanded steel matrix, simple equipment and process, and was better than pressured one.
