摘 要:研究了Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti合金显微组织及形状记忆性能。结果表明:试验合金经400℃时效后,其马氏体板条细而密,相邻的不同位向的变体之间的界面为孪晶界面,呈现良好的自协作生长势态。试验合金在400℃时效时基本上保持着94.8%以上较高回复率;在400℃进行200次热循环后,其形状记忆效应回复率基本保持在91.43%以上。因此该试验合金具有很高的抗高温母相时效性能及抗热疲劳性能。The microstructure and the shape memory effect of Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti(atomic fraction,%)alloy were studied by SEM,TEM,XRD and beding test.The results show that the microstructure of fine lath-shaped martensite in the Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti(atomic fraction,%)alloy is observed.The interface between the adjacent variants with different directions is twin boundary,which shows a good tendency of self-cooperation growth.Shape recovery ratio of the alloy keeps being higher than 94.8% when the alloy was aging-treated at a temperature of 400℃.After the alloy was treated in thermal cycling at 400℃ for 200 times,the shape recovery ratio remains higher than 91.43%.Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti(atomic fraction,%)alloy exhibits a good performance to resist parent phase aging at high-temperature and to resist thermal cycling fatigue.
