摘　　要：介绍了智能卡的特点,用巴科斯范式(BNF)给出了SCML脚本语言的主要语法定义。重点介绍了SCML解释执行的相关技术及如何对SCML语言进行扩展以满足不断变化的需求。把SCML应用到智能卡大师测试系统中可以实现测试自动化,实际表明该脚本技术可以适应各类智能卡测试的要求,并得到广泛应用。The features of smart card are introduced. Then the principal syntax definition of SCML scripting language is given using Backus Naur Form （BNF）. The SCML interpretation and execution technology, and SCML extension technology used to meet the evolving requirements are focused. Test automation is achieved by implementing SCML in smart card master test system. It is proved that the script technology can satisfy the test requirements of different smart card types. The test system is widely applied in real smart card testing.
