摘　　要：采用社会调查与研究的方法对重庆市北碚区失地农民最低生活保障制度实施的现状和实施过程中出现的问题进行了讨论和剖析,并有针对性地提出了有关对策及建议。This essay adopts the methods of social investigation to study the actuality of implementing the lowest living insuring policy for the peasants who have lost their land, discusses the problems that emerge in the process of policy implementation and offers some advice about the relevant policies to be adopted.
