农业科研院所科研成果转化率低的自身因素探讨

摘　　要：农业科研院所是农业科技成果的重要发源地,农业科技成果的有效转化是确保农产品有效供给的必要条件。影响农业科研院所科技成果转化的自身因素主要有:农业科研单位体制的局限;科研课题与市场结合不紧密;缺乏中试和推广经费;农业科研成果自身特点局限。Agricultural academies and research institutes are an important source of agricultural scientific research results. Effective transformation of such results is the prerequisite for ensuring the effective supply of research products. The main internal transformation--influencing factors are： （1） Limitation of the system of agricultural scientific research institutions; （2） Inadequate connection between scientific research projects and the market; （3） Lack of the fund for pilot trials and promotion; （4） Some limitations associated with the special features of agricultural scientific research production.
