摘　　要：加强设计阶段工程造价管理是控制工程项目投资的关键。针对目前造价管理中出现的问题,文中分析了设计阶段造价失控的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施.The key of controlling investment of engineering projects is to strengthen engineering cost management at the desigri stage. Based on the problems currently existing in cost management, this thesis analyzes the causes for the problems and proposes some countermeasures for their solution.
