摘　　要：所谓高校学报执行力,是指学报编辑部及其工作人员贯彻落实学报战略决策和工作部署的操作能力和实践能力,是高校学报竞争力的核心,是把高校学报战略、规划转化成为效益、成果的关键。文中从执行力的内涵入手,分析了高校学报管理中执行力建设的必要性和重要性.给出了提高学报管理中执行力的具体措施.AThe executive ability of university journals, which is the core of the competitiveness of university journals, refers to the operation ability and practice ability for the journal editorial board and its staff to fulfill the strategic decisions and work ar- rangements. It is the key for transforming the strategies and plans of university journals into benefits and effects. Based on an analysis of the connotation of executive ability, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of the executive ability construction in the management of university journals, and proposes the measures for improving the executive ability in the management of university journals.
