摘　　要：网络作为一种新的信息传播载体,正逐渐向出版领域全面渗透。针对高校学报出版现状,分析了网络传播对高校学报的现实意义。同时提出了高校学报应把握好机遇,办品牌期刊,创特色栏目;提高编辑人员整体素质;走学报集团化之路,建立学术联合体,形成开放式传播。从而实现学术资源共享,促进学报为人类社会进步事业作出更大的贡献。As a new medium of information transmission, network is beginning to penetrate throughout the publishing field. Based on the status quo of the publishing of journals of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the significance of network for them and calls for them to grasp the good chance. According to the paper, college and university journals should start special columns so as to create their own brands. A transaction group is also suggested wherein the editing staff should better their personal quality and a learning association should be set up. Free information spreading will makes it possible to realize academic resource sharing and allow journals to contribute more to the cause of the progress the human society.
