摘 要:提出了实时电力市场中基于调整报价的计及可中断负荷的阻塞管理模型,该模型将电力市场下的实时阻塞管理问题描述为调整费用最小的非线性规划问题,其特点是方法简单可靠。可中断负荷的引入,增加了一种处理实时紧急情况的手段,使实时阻塞管理更加灵活。采用该模型对IEEE30节点系统进行阻塞管理仿真计算,并与未考虑可中断负荷阻塞管理模型的计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明所提出的模型在消除网络阻塞的同时可以大大减小调整费用并确保电力系统安全稳定运行。A power pool transaction mode based on real-time congestion management model is proposed, in which the congestion management based on the market participants' adjusting biddings is described as an algebraic nonlinear programming. The feature of the proposed model is both simple and stable. The proposed model is applied to simulate congestion management by use of typical IEEE 30-node test system and the simulation results are compared with the calculation results from a static congestion management model. Comparison result proves that the proposed model can ensure the secure and stable operation of power system while the network congestion is eliminated and the cost minimized.
