摘 要:根据国际电工委员会制定的IEC 60870-5-101和IEC 60870-5-104远动规约,我国已经制定了相应的配套标准DL/T634.5101-2002和DL/634.5104-2002。在简要介绍FTU和104规约的基础上,详细说明了104规约在FTU中的具体实现:采用嵌入式LINUX多线程编程技术,实现了全双工通信,保证了故障信息的快速、准确上报;对于规约中没有详细定义,但是国内电力系统又要求的一些功能给出了具体的解决方案,例如国内电力企业常常要求能够远方修改保护定值和对保护动作信号进行远方复位以及要求子站能够主动上传保护动作的详细信息。According to the IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol published by IEC, the corresponding companion standards, namely DL/T 634.5101-2002 and DL/T 634.5104-2002 have already been drafted in China. Application of IEC 60870-5-104 protocol in FTU is discussed detailedly in this paper, based on introducing the basic principles of the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol and FTU: malfunction information transmits immediately and exactly because of full duplex, which is realized by i multi-thread technology of embedded Linux. The resolutions of some specific functions are presented in detail, which are not defined exactly in IEC 60870-5-104 protocol, but are needed in domestic power system, for example, it is often required that fixed value can be modified remotely, relay signal can be reset remotely and slave stations transmit particular information of protection action actively in domestic power system.
