摘　　要：高校图书馆是培养社会主义新人的重要阵地。加强图书馆的精神文明建设，净化育人环境，创建文明图书馆对青年学生的成长影响重大。图书馆员应做精神文明的表率，图书馆要采取多种方式加强精神文明的建设。A college library is an important front in the training of the socialist new generation.It will exert great influences on the growth of the young students and on purifying the educationalenvironment as well as on establishing a civilized library to strengthen the construction of spiritualcivilization in library. Library staff must set a good example and various steps must be taken to boostthe construction of spiritual civilization in library.
