低刺激辣椒碱凝胶的镇痛消炎作用初探

摘　　要：目的 制备低刺激辣椒碱凝胶。方法 通过热板法镇痛试验、耳廓二甲苯致炎实验和皮肤刺激性实验，观察所制备的低刺激辣椒碱水剂对小鼠镇痛、消炎作用及其对家兔皮肤的刺激性。结果 发现该凝胶能有效减轻小鼠痛阀（P〈0．05）和炎症（P〈0．01），并具有低刺激性。结论 根据实验结果发现，该制剂既能保持辣椒碱的生物学活性，又能有效降低辣椒碱治疗过程中的刺激作用，可提高了该类凝胶在实际使用中的效果。Objective To develop a low irritating Capsaicin gel （water-based）.Methods To observe the effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia on mice and the skin irritation on rabbit by the tests of hot-plate method, xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling experiment and rabbit skin irritation. Results The gel had obvious inhibit effect on anti-inflammation （P〈0. 01） and could heighten hot-pain threshold of mice （P〈0. 05）.At the same time, it had low-irritating for the rabbit skin. The water-based gel could keep the bioactivity effects of Capsaicin and release the irritating, that means it could prove the actual healing effect.
